Dividends (net of all fees and taxes) will be paid to investors quarterly (after the property has transferred to the investment company). We collect rental income once the property has transferred and then pay this net amount as a dividend after the first quarter of collections. We then endeavor to pay this each quarter thereafter.
The money that is raised during an IPO is deposited into an Attorney's bank account where it earns interest until the property is transferred. This interest may be paid out to investors as a special dividend while we are waiting on transfer. Or the full interest will be paid out to investors at the point of transfer.
The dividend is paid into your EasyProperties account on the 20th of the following month after each quarter. These funds can be withdrawn to your bank account or used to make further investments.
