Getting funds into your account

Inter-account Transfer

You can transfer your funds from your EasyEquities ZAR account to your EasyProperties account within EasyProperties.

Web

  1. Login to your EasyEquities ZAR account
  2. Navigate to the top left menu and select Inter-Account Transfers and EasyFX
  3. Select EasyEquities ZAR as your From account and EasyProperties ZAR as your To account
  4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer to your EasyProperties Account
  5. Agree to the terms and conditions and select Transfer Now

App

  1. Login to your EasyEquities app
  2. Navigate to My Funds and select Transfer
  3. Select your EasyEquities ZAR account
  4. Select EasyEquities ZAR as your From account and EasyProperties ZAR as your To account
  5. Enter the amount you wish to transfer to your EasyProperties Account
  6. Agree to the terms and conditions and select Transfer Now

 

EFT

You can fund your EasyProperties account by making an EFT Deposit

Web

  1. Log in to your EasyProperties account
  2. Select the wallet on the main menu and click “Fund this account” 
  3. Make sure you are under the Make an EFT Deposit tab
  4. Scroll down and select your bank from the drop-down menu
  5. Use the provided bank account details to make an EFT from your internet banking or banking app.
  6. Ensure you use the EFT Reference provided under the EasyProperties ZAR account

App

  1. Login to your EasyEquities ZAR account
  2. Navigate to My Funds and select Deposits
  3. Select your EasyProperties ZAR account
  4. Select your bank from the drop-down menu
  5. Use the provided bank account details to make an EFT from your internet banking or banking app.
  6. (Optional) You can use the Copy function to copy over the details for ease of use.

Please note that funds may take up to 48 hours to reflect, due to individual bank regulations. Use of incorrect reference will result in fund allocation delays and will require you to email us a formal proof of deposit.
